Descending Deadlifts

Challenge No.5 – Descending Deadlifts

First determine a weight you can do a maximum of 15 deadlifts with.

10 deadlift into squat-thrust (deadlift then squat-thrust with hands on the bar)

20 burpees

10 pressups

5 sets of the above 3 exercises. Deduct 2 reps from the deadlift/thrust each set (10, 8, 6, 4, 2), and follow each set of deadlift/thrusts with 20 burpees and 10 pressups.

Best time & weight used.
