This workout did the rounds a while back at our gym (Elite Fitness & Martial Arts). I believe it was first found on a rossboxing forum, and it has most likely been modified and mutated overtime, but I have tried to remember it in its original form. If you want challenging whole body GPP session in a short time, give this a go.

Squat to press

Pull-ups

Renegade press-ups

Slams

Burpees

Skipping

Go heavy on weighted exercises.

30s per exercise, completed as a circuit

60s rest after each circuit

5 circuits
