  • Dead lift 45s
  • Rest 45s
  • 3 sets
  • Press ups 45s
  • Rest 45s
  • 3 sets

Circuit 45s per station

  • Pull ups
  • DB squat to press
  • Inverted rows / horizontal pull ups
  • Box jumps
  • Scissor sit-ups
  • 90s rest
  • 2 sets
